Because you deceive people by telling us something but not the whole story. I will most likely never come back to your dealership and pass my experience with anyone that asks my opinion.
Dear Massimiliano--Thank you for your feedback. Our policy is to explain to our customers at the time of delivery our maintenance plan. I ,also, send a letter and email our customers within the first month an explanation of our maintenance plan. The letter and email explain the free State Inspections for the life of your ownership, the first 2 oil changes and tire rotations for free and emission inspections for our posted rate. I am sorry you feel deceived. I hope that you reconsider your statement about not coming to my dealership. We have a very good service and sales department. Take care, Jack Lafferty
