The service team is amazing. They always do an excellent job and get me in & out. The team at the front desk is very friendly, they remember me and my husband. They always look to ensure I get the best deals and what I am entitled to. I paid $56 for an oil change and inspection because they are always amazing at giving me the best deal. Disappointed that there were some charges that were not discussed prior to picking up my car. Had to make a second trip down to dealership to pick up registration and insurance cards that were “lost in other papers’ at dealership.
Excellent service from service writer. Explained fully the remedies that fixed my 2017 Colorado. Vibration was caused by tires out of balance. Service stabiltrack message and Traction Control message caused by operator error. Service writer explained the proper way to go off roading in the sand. The wait time was short and I enjoyed the cup of coffee.
On 6/27/18 had oil change. Started hearing noise from under hood on 6/28/18 Called Lafferty and scheduled apt for 7/9/18 to fix noise? Was told on 7/9/18 that I needed a new motor on my 2005 Chevy Equinox ??? I think Lafferty was trying to sell me a new car !! Went to a new mechanic and he fixed problem ( tightened the Rocker Arm & removed and replaced the Valve Cover Gasket ) I wont be back to Lafferty again ! Bet you wont publish this response!!
Charlotte--Thank you for your email. From time to time our recommendation will differs from another mechanic.
