Although I haven't had any issues yet, I feel confident that they will be thorough in diagnosing the issue and dealing with it. The shop people that I've me seem very knowledgeable just by talking with them.
I created an appointment online for 7:30. I was first into the garage. This was for the cars 500 mile oil change (First change). I was asked if I was waiting (which I had already specified on my online appt. creation). I said yes and was told they started working at 8:00. When I asked why they accept 7:30 appt's, I was told that is for drop off. This is not specified anywhere online. My simple oil change was not completed until 9:30. The service adviser who wrote me up (who I NEVER want to deal with again based on his attitude), was told the original delay put me in a bind time wise but there was no sense of urgency nor did it seem like he cared one bit. Not a good first start with them. The Corvette club I joined provides a substantial discount at another Chevy dealer and that is seeming to be more attractive right now.
Repeat service visits, paid over $900 and issue not fixed. Charged for a service I either did not receive or was done improperly (I have pictures). Oil spilled on outside of engine and not cleaned up. Service rep does not have good CS skills. Took car to another dealer, they fixed problem first try. Will never go back.

I am disappointed with this visit. Again the technician is unable to diagnose the problem. Also, someone searched my vehicle for the registration and insurance cards which was NOT necessary for the reason the vehicle was in for service. Unfortunately, someone did not correctly read the work order.
Set up my appt with Kate, told her all the issues and even though I took care of the coolant reservoir, which for some reason was empty. She made sure to have the mechanic check all levels. As usual I dropped my car off at 930, got a ride from Van who also picked me up at 2 because my car was done. Service was great as usual.
