Let me start with two tiny problems. Both have to do with the online booking, which I am assuming is a corporate wide thing and not the dealership itself so please pass this on to them!. I booked my appointment online for 12, noon. Issue #1 was that there was not an option to select for waiting for my car, not a big deal, I just picked another option. When I arrived I was informed all the techs were on lunch and my car could not be seen until 1, but they'd get me in as soon as possible after that if I was waiting for it. Luckily I had no afternoon plans so my son and I went to lunch and then came back. As far as the service at the dealership, everything was wonderful. The people are friendly and helpful. The service was performed in a timely fashion. I love the drop off/pick up in the drive thru because it was raining that day! The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Other than the hiccup with the scheduling it was a good a visit as possible! Thank you!

We worked with 2 sales people on our purchase---Dan Hoey and Jim Raab due to their schedule and the July 4th holiday. Both did a great job helping us with the purchase of a 2019 Equinox. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable guys. Ed,in finance, was fun and completed the transaction.
