I got a new transmission put in my equinox with only 43,000 on it ?? I was it only told needs a new one, I paid for it after a week of waiting did not care I know it takes time so I was not bothered. but when I picked it up after spending over 4,000 for it I thought someone would be there to explain why, what happened, this happens ? nothing. So I picked the car up and dash board was in a different language tried to fix finally did not the engine light is still on...........When the guy that brought my car around to give to me I thought he would notice. and say some thing to the 10 people at the front line.. waiting .. I have bought all my cars from you and I am getting very disappointed at communications for customer and mechanic.. I am very sorry that we did not properly complete the job on your Equinox. Also, that we did not communicate properly. I have instructed my service department to call you and fix the problem. Please accept my apology.
When I leased my 2017 Equinox I was under the impression that inspections and emissions as well as oil changes would be free for the length of the lease (2 years). Turns out that I had to pay $50+ for the emissions. Mileage was under 8000 miles, Disappointed.
